Every now and then, BsnTech Networks will barter services with customers in order to help our customers with the cost of getting a website created and online.

In this case, that is what happened with John at C & M Mechanical Services in Melbourne, FL.  The owner of BsnTech Networks has a few homes in the Brevard County area used for rentals.  When a problem occurred with a refrigerator at one of the rental homes, John was contacted for repair.

John went to the home to take care of the fridge situation – and in exchange, we registered a domain name, took care of a year of web hosting, and created a basic website for him.  It was a good situation for both of us since John noted he was trying to have a website made but the person he contacted was taking too long and wasn’t very responsive.

John sent us over several pictures, which we put into a picture gallery for him.  We then made the home page appealing with a little information about the company, a testimonial from us, and a quick description of the main services he offers.

We appreciate the relationship that we have with John and hope we continue to have him as a valued customer for many years!

Nothing short of customer service and hosting expectations brought Cobb’s Car Company back to BsnTech Networks.

Over a year ago, Gary from Cobb’s Car Company contacted us to make a website for their car dealership in Evansville, IN. Since then, Cobb’s Car Company grew to two other locations – and they decided to try out a local website designer and computer support company. Gary wanted to be able to sit down with their associates and work on the website. They also provided the company with local computer support services. Of course, with us being further away, we were not able to provide those hands-on services.

However, Gary came back to us a few months later after the website was built. He was unhappy with the customer service and the timeframes they had to wait to have changes done to their website. Another big factor was the website hosting. Gary found the website hosting that the other web design company used was sub-par compared to BsnTech’s hosting.

Therefore, we just completed the move of the Cobb’s Car Company website over to our servers today, although the changes to the nameservers could take 24 to 48 hours to be fully effective.

The company’s website took over 13 seconds to load using the other hosting provider. After moving the website back to our solid state technology servers that are mirrored and redundant between our two locations, that time went down to three seconds, thereby shaving a full 10 seconds of load time off of their website.

Gary was immediately happy with the results and how quickly we got the website transferred – within just a few hours after he placed his order.

We appreciate Cobb’s Car Company coming back to BsnTech Networks and we hope to maintain a long relationship with them for their website hosting needs.

Brian, the owner of Tacan.com, contacted us a few weeks back about getting a website created for his clothing business. During our time getting the website started, he also said he wanted us to go ahead and create two different logo designs for him as well.

One of the logos looks like a military patch with two arrows. The other one is also meant to look like an arm patch with the wording of his company name on it.

Brian has also placed an additional order for us to put the logo on a few other graphics that will be incorporated with us website.

We are still continuing the work on his website and pending the pictures of his products.

Teresa, the owner of Precious Acres Pet Cemetery in Poplar Bluff, MO, contacted us a few weeks ago about getting a new website design. She was referred to us from another one of our customers, Southeast Signs and Graphics – also based in Poplar Bluff. She said that the owner spoke very highly of us, so she wanted to get her website updated.

Teresa had her website initially with Yahoo Small Business – which sold out the website services to Aabaco Small Business. She wanted to move away from them and go with a reputable business that was responsive and had employees within the United States, not overseas.

We worked with Teresa right away with getting the domain name transferred and establishing website hosting on our mirrored servers. Upon having these setup, her new website was created in just one day! We took the majority of the information from her old website, gave it a much-needed facelift, and incorporated new pictures that she had of her facility.

Kim, the owner of Victoria Ann’s Salon based in Davenport, IA, contacted us a few weeks back asking about website design services.  She was looking to get a basic website created for her business to help and bring in more customers.

Kim provided us the color swatches that she wanted on the site along with photos.  Upon receiving the order, we got to work on her site right away based on the info she previously sent.

After a few rounds of minor changes, Kim has approved of her website today.  In addition, she has asked us to also setup a Google Places listing for her business so she appears in the local business results if someone searches Google.

Shawn, a continuing customer of BsnTech Networks, sent us another referral. Shawn owns and operates a computer repair shop and said that he has many customers come in and ask about website design services. He hasn’t had anyone to refer to – until he found us. He has continued to be very pleased with the responsiveness and the pricing of our services that he has referred a few customers to BsnTech.

Laura is a new customer that was just referred to us. Laura is a published writer and wanted to get a simple website started with biography information and a blog to post her thoughts and ideas. Laura was instrumental during the process and fully provided us the exact layout that she wanted her website, the colors, the background pictures – everything.

Because of this, we had her website done in just a few hours. She placed her order yesterday morning and by the afternoon, the website was completed and published.

Laura noted that she was also exceptionally pleased with our pricing and how professional we are to work with. She noted in an e-mail “I’m very impressed and will spread the word about your company. Thanks again“.

BsnTech Networks was contacted by Kerns, the owner of Wings Kingdom. He needed to have a logo design made for his restaurant.

Our logo designer started working with Kerns on the logo right away and they had completed the logo after a few modifications.

Kerns was happy with our response rate and the work we done that he is also looking to have us potentially build a small website as well.

Alan, the owner of Daytron Enterprise Group, LLC, contacted us a few weeks back asking for help with a website design.

We worked with Alan to make all of the required changes to the website. In addition, Alan also requested some help with creating a logo for his business as well. Upon receiving his logo order, our logo designer had the logo completed and approved within 24 hours. The logo BsnTech Networks made is shown at the top left of Alan’s website.

Ken, the owner of Budget Electric, was referred to us by someone else that had us make them a website. He explained that the individual that we made the website for was very pleased with our fast responses and the professional website that we made for them. Therefore, he wanted to have us also help him with his website.

Ken said that he originally was working with HIBU (contractor that makes websites for the yellow pages) but was not at all pleased with the website they made nor their response rates.

Ken had everything ready to go and sent us over the information for each page along with the pictures that he wanted to use on the website. Within a few days, the website was up and ready for him to review.

A few changes were made to the pictures and formatting – and he was very pleased with the result as well.

Ken has noted that he will be adding a few other pages in the future as well.

Jon, a recurring customer of BsnTech Networks, contacted us a few months back to create a new website for him, Speculection. His aim was to provide a website that provided resources for elections and allow visitors to speculate and make comments. In essence, it is a “Speculection”!

We worked with Jon over the course of the months to setup a website for him that he was happy to use. Jon provides us embed codes to another resource that he controls – which allows him to manipulate and update what information shows on the site. In essence, he just needed us to create the design of the site, setup the pull-out menu navigation, and then create the pages which contain his embed codes.

Jon continues to be a great customer for BsnTech and has contracted with us to make several websites over the past few years. He has noted that he plans on being a business consultant and will contract us for all of his customer website needs as well.
